Chapter 03 · ClimateCoating
Marketing, sales and a CRM, built from zero
ClimateCoating Israel imports and sells ClimateCoating, a German nano-ceramic thermal coating. It is applied like paint on roofs, walls and containers, reflects the sun's heat and keeps walls dry. Part of the A.Lupo Group. Since April 2026, I've led its GTM and AI systems.

Leads arrive on their own
A Facebook lead form lands in the CRM through Make, with the form answers as the first note and the city filled in
Every lead gets an owner
Unassigned leads wait in their own group, and the first person who acts on one becomes its salesperson automatically
WhatsApp in one click
The client card opens WhatsApp with a ready template and logs the send as a note
Follow ups set themselves
A no-answer WhatsApp sets a callback 2 days out, and a sent quote sets a follow up 5 days out
A queue of who needs attention
Brings back callbacks that are due, leads in meeting or quote status that went quiet for 3 days, and new leads
Quotes that move the deal
Sending a quote updates the client status and logs a note, and approving it moves the client to Contract closed and reserves the stock
Stock that follows deliveries
Issuing a delivery note takes the items out of inventory
Books in sync
Reads from Morning (Green Invoice) every night and on demand: delivery notes with duplicate protection, inventory deduction and cancellations
